If only I knew then what I know now….
The transition from HR / L&D professional to senior HR / L&D, to HR / L&D manager is a difficult one. It means leaving behind a lot of old roles and ways of thinking and acquiring a whole new set – often quickly, before you make too many mistakes. As an experienced HR and L&D fellow, I would like to invite you to answer to two simple but significant questions:
