This international qualification is tailored for senior people professionals in Learning & Development or Organizational Development roles who wish to expand their knowledge of L&D and focus on leadership and management development, coaching and mentoring, building organizational capability and delivering personalized and performance-focused learning.
What will I study?
You will focus on real-life scenarios and building on specialist L&D knowledge on Organizational performance and culture in practice, Professional behaviors, Evidence-based practice, Supporting self-directed and social learning, Learning and Development design to create value, Facilitate personalized and performance-focused learning and Leadership and management development.
Study duration:
The Diploma in Organisational Learning & Development takes 12 months to complete.

Level of CIPD Membership:
Once you have registered for a qualification, you will join the CIPD as a Student Member and you will need to remain in membership for the duration of your studies.
When you complete your qualification, you will be awarded CIPD Associate Membership, and the designation “Assoc CIPD” after your name. This establishes your credibility as a professional, raises your profile and opens doors to new job opportunities.
Recommended requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience working in HR/Learning & Development, in a senior or coordination role; or previous studies of Level 3 Certificate/Diploma in Learning & Development
Good command of the English language, both in reading and writing
