Hackathons are a fun and energetic way to push boundaries and think laterally. Beyond that, it is a way to encourage, celebrate and reward unique ideas.

For six hours, HR professionals and colleagues from different departments “will hack” their way to new ideas about how to improve Employee Engagement, how to develop the best Flexible Work strategies and how to create the best Leadership Development learning programs in their companies.

Hackathons were first developed by computer programmers as a forum for coming together, sharing ideas and intensely collaborating on software projects. Nowadays, the concept is gaining popularity globally with companies seeking solutions, ideas and new talent.

3. Join one of the 6 teams, based on your desired topic

4. Start hacking: What is the most pressing issue in your organisation? 

• identify a real need

• work together with your team members to design a hands-on solution

5. Presentations Round. Each team will present their solution to the whole crowd.

6. Post Hackathon: You have 6 project ideas to implement in your organization
