Your new company:
My client is a successful global manufacturing business who are looking to appoint a Sales Department HRBP
Your new role:
Reporting to the HRD and GM you will be responsible for the full employee life cycle of 50 employees.
This is a broad, generalist HR role where you will be responsible for working alongside senior management to drive the HR strategy but will also be hands on involved in all aspects of Employee Experience.
You will also be responsible for talent and succession planning, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, organizational design and resource planning.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HRBP who has a strong, progressive CV and can demonstrate the ambition to continue to develop your skills and career.
You will have worked in a manufacturing/construction/sales environment and be able to work with and challenge senior stakeholders.
