Keynote: Togetherness at work.

21st century working is increasingly a mixture of recognizable and emergent practices.  Progressive and established ways to work sometimes feel in conflict with each other.

How can you bring people together at this time of challenge and opportunity?  How can you be part of a leadership approach that will inspire, drive and design the best conditions for your people to lead to success?  How can you look after your own professional needs whilst being instrumental in helping people navigate to an uncertain future/

Workshop: "Design for Distributed Leadership"

Our challenges in the world of work are reflective of the socio-political and economic challenges we are constantly facing.  Leadership held in the hands of one, or a few, seems wholly inadequate for the range, scale and complexity of those issues.  We need the many more than ever.  Distributed Leadership as a concept has come of age and people are already showing us how this is done.

Join Perry Timms for a unique opportunity to sample how distributed leadership within HR - and then across organisations - can be conceived, contextualized and created.  How can HR become role models not reactive agents of change, inclusion and transformation?

This afternoon workshop will be a mixture of stimulating stories and work in squads to help you build an approach to take back to your workplaces - practical tools; new models to frame your thinking, and innovative practices that are instantly deployable.
